    ICTE Tolerance Education Workshop Series for Immigrant Youth & Parents of Brooklyn

    Come MEET and GREET facilitators and fellow colleagues for an informal presentation of the "ICTE Tolerance Education Workshop Series for Immigrant Youth & Parents of Brooklyn," a yearlong series (4-8 workshops or performances per month) from late Summer 2006 - Spring 2007 to increase awareness of and skills in educating for tolerance and resolving conflict peacefully in order to bring schools and the community of immigrant youth and parents of Brooklyn together.

    Artists, educators and advocates are partnering with schools, parents and community groups to increase awareness about issues of tolerance and respect for diversity and to inspire positive action for change. All workshops and performances are free.

    When: Thursday, May 25 2006, 5 - 7 p.m.
