At the occasion of the Olympic Summer Games in July/August 2008 the Campaign has prepared a project involving 300,000 elementary school children from Beijing. The Chinese education officials are involved directly with the project and make the education program their task. The Campaign will fund the education material and workshops.

The Campaign’s partner at the Chinese government is Ms. Zhu, Muju. Her position is Deputy Director of Basic Division, Ministry of Education. Ms. Zhu has been directing China's 9-year compulsory education reform for 10 years. Previously she was director of the Department of Preschool Education, Ministry of Education.
